What do my services cost?

I estimate each project individually and provide you with a personalized quote, but all follow these basic guidelines:

1. Rates are based on industry-standard pricing and vary depending on the number of words in the source text, the requested turnaround time, and the amount of specialization involved.
2. Work is either billed by the source word or at an hourly rate. Discounts are available for high-volume jobs.
3. Invoices are issued on the day of project completion and payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. No claims shall be considered after five business days from receipt of invoice.
4. Accepted payment methods are check, PayPal (client assumes fees), and wire transfers (for large projects and international clients only).

Test translations

An initial test translation of up to 300 words is free of charge and can generally be returned within 48 hours.
